We started Denver Rental Managers because the industry's business model, low headline fees made up with markups and add-ons, works against the owner. We think a management company should make money the same way you do: when the property performs.
Who we are
Denver Rental Managers is a residential property management brokerage serving the City and County of Denver and the surrounding metro. We manage single-family homes, condos, townhomes and small multifamily buildings for local, out-of-state and overseas owners.
The company is operated under a licensed Colorado employing broker, as Colorado law requires for anyone who leases or collects rent on behalf of others. Our team combines leasing, maintenance coordination, accounting and compliance under one roof, with Rentvine as the platform that keeps owners and residents informed in real time.

How we operate
Four rules we don't break
Publish the price
Every fee is on our pricing page. If a fee isn't listed, we don't charge it. We'd rather lose a client to a cheaper quote than win one with a hidden markup.
Put it in writing
Guarantees with terms. Inspections with photos. Approvals with a paper trail. If it isn't documented, it didn't happen, and in a deposit dispute or an eviction hearing that matters.
Know the block, not just the city
A Wash Park bungalow and a Green Valley Ranch two-story rent to different people at different prices. We price from block-level comps and we know which HOAs cap rentals before we list.
Follow the law before it's enforced
Colorado rewrote security deposit, screening, eviction, pet and fee rules between 2023 and 2026. We build the changes into our leases and process the day they take effect.
