Onboarding FAQs
How long does onboarding take?
Most vacant homes go from signed agreement to live listing in a week, and from live listing to signed lease within our 21-day guarantee window. Occupied homes transition in 30 days or less, timed to the next rent cycle.
What if my property is already rented?
We take over the existing lease, notify your tenant in writing, transfer the deposit into our trust account, and set up online rent payments. Your tenant gets the maintenance line and portal immediately.
Do I need to be in Denver for any of this?
No. The agreement, documents and approvals are all electronic, and we coordinate key hand-off with a lockbox or your current contact. Many of our owners live out of state.
Ready to stop managing your rental the hard way?
Get a free rental analysis for your property. We'll show you the rent it should earn, the plan that fits, and the exact fees, before you sign anything.
