Owner portal FAQs

How do I log in to the owner portal?

Use the Owner Login button on this page, which opens the Rentvine owner portal. Your login email is the one on your management agreement. If you haven't set a password yet, use the 'Forgot password' link to create one.

When are owner statements posted?

Statements post when your payout is sent, within two business days of rent clearing, typically between the 5th and 10th of each month. A year-end summary and 1099-MISC are available in January.

Can I approve repairs from the portal?

Yes. Any quote above your pre-set approval limit is sent to the portal and by email. Approve, decline or ask a question, and the vendor is dispatched as soon as you approve.
